Meet Stacyann Stewart
Stacyann Stewart is a qualified Attorney-at-Law admitted in the Cayman Islands and an accredited independent director registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). She also serves as a qualified mediator, bringing a strong focus on conflict resolution. With over a decade of professional experience in legal, finance, law enforcement, and compliance, Stacyann has significant expertise in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML). She holds an LLB (Hons) from Truman Bodden Law School and an LLM from the University of Cumbria, and is known for her commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and governance
Meet Colleen Cummings
Colleen Cummings is an Attorney-at-Law with experience in both criminal and civil matters. Before joining Paragon Law Cayman, she served as a Crown Prosecutor with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, where she prosecuted matters before the Summary Court and gained extensive experience in advocacy, case preparation and the application of Cayman Islands law. Her experience spans Land Law and real estate, with particular expertise in commercial and residential leases, construction contracts, and landlord and tenant disputes.
